I need an iframe creating for my website. The content of the iframe must be positioned to only show a specific part of the page. It must be able to be scrolled vertically, but not horizontally. Any links opened inside the iframe, must open out into a new window. Unfortunately I have over gone my budget for this month so payment cannot be made until the 28th. Full payment will be issued then however the work needs doing urgently as it is a crucial part of my website. Thanks.
