I am wanting an application (plugin) where as a pdf can be uploaded and embed in an I frame and seen in a digital book format and when a user selects the pages of the book they want for it to be compiled and placed into one pdf available for download via a shopping card. We are wanting to use the same features and or theme wp download manager. This is for a digital library where as documents can be viewed for one fee and charged per page for another fee.

Project Overview The purpose of this site is to provide documents for a target audience and then charge them in 2 ways to access the documents online. The first method is the charge the customer for a 2 hour or 24 hour pass for accessing and reading documents for research purposes. A price has not been established. The second method is to charge the customer by the page for downloading and/or printing pages from a document. The price will be $1 per page. This site will be e-commerce, require a dedicated server and a SSL Certificate.

The development environment would suggested by the developers. Stripe and [url removed, login to view] are the two sources to be considered for payments and teh quote is based on using one of those two or a similar service. Process Overview The site is to be a public site and registration will open to the public. When a person registers they must place a credit card on file to be able to access the rest of the site. Once they comply with the credit card they can login and will be taken to a home page where they select a District.

They select a District, which contains documents unique to that district. Once they select a District they are taken to that District page where they have two options: 1. Browse and read documents online - There will be an index listing documents by category that they can click on to open and read. They will be able to buy a pass to view documents. Time will be tracked from the point they select the option to enter the document archive section. An email receipt will be sent to them. 2. Print documents or pages from documents - There will be an index listing documents by category that they can click on to open and select a page range to print. The customer can select the pages they wish to print and will be billed $1 per page.

They can select the page range, then go to their shopping cart, checkout and then given the link to print the pages they had just selected. Multiple items can be added to their shopping cart for one checkout. Note: In Option #1 at anytime they are reading and they want to print they should be given the option to select a print range and go to the checkout. Note: Customer will be able to search in either read or print section for a document by title, subject or keywords. In the Admin when adding a document the Admin will be able to enter a Title, Subject, Category, search words and a brief description for search purposes.

The site will track and keep a purchase history for the customer for 90 days. After that the purchase history will be deleted automatically. The purchase history will include viewing and printing. The customer will have the option to update their profile to change any information including email, password, credit card number and expiration date etc.

Admin There will be two levels of Admin. The first level will be the Super Admin with all rights. The second level will be a Sub Admin with limited rights yet to be determined.
