PHP coder needed to edit PHP/Zend frame work coded website

Project Details - August 2009 ============================================= The website that this project is for is: [login to view URL] The current website is: [login to view URL], however is will be replaced with the above new website that is being developed. This website is a PHP website. It uses Youtube API to find the video and Python conversion for the conversion of video into audio files. The audio conversion is done in Zend frame work. [login to view URL] is our major competitor. On their website they have the below changes already done. Their website should be used as a guide for how the finished website should function. These are the changes needed (to [login to view URL]): 1) When a video conversion occurs, there is supposed to be a % shows that grows as the video nears completion of a conversion. This does not seem to work. 2) Currently there is a javascript survey pop-up on the index page that occurs after 15 seconds. This needs to be changed so that the survey pops up after the visitor clicks the "Get Audio" button. This needs to be done by editing the "Get Audio" button code (I believe it has to do with the onclick() function). 3) [login to view URL] will need to be ported over to the main directory after the conversion % problem is fixed and the new survey pop-ups are implemented. 4) Also as part of my new site design I had the previous coder make a member login function and database. I would like to make it so when a visitor logs in as a member, they are displayed a different popup survey (which I will give you) when they click the get audio button. If the visitor is a guest visitor who does not login, they will be shown a separate pop-up survey. ALSO FOR BOTH SURVEYS, THEY SHOULD POP-UP BEFORE THE CONVERSION STARTS BUT AFTER THEY CLICK THE GET AUDIO BUTTON (SO THE CONVERSION WILL NOT OCCUR IF THE VISITOR DOES NOT DO THE SURVEY - THIS WILL HELP SAVE BANDWIDTH). So to summarize, I'd like 2 separate surveys to occur on the site. 5) Lastly, I'd like guest visitors to be able to convert 1 video for free, then when they try again the guest survey pop-up will occur every time after that. Perhaps you can use a cookie to do this, such as: if cookie = member then member survey else cookie = repeat visitor then guest survey else cookie = new visitor then no survey Project would start immediately and needs to be finished within 1 week. ONCE AGAIN, MY COMPETITOR [login to view URL] ALREADY HAS THE ABOVE CHANGES DONE TO THEIR WEBSITE, I WOULD LIKE TO DO THE SAME TO MINE. Please let me know of any questions.
