PHP jQuery and CSS Expert Required ASAP

Hello, I have content that is scraped when it is displayed it shows in a list. We require a box so this content is shown effectively 5 items show then you have a scroll bar to scroll the rest of the content displaying. I also need various CSS changes. These need to be made they are not big changes however some conflict with Javascript so ideally knowledge in JS would be required I also need the ability when someone types something in one of the submit boxes cache of previous enter data does not show. Ideally only bid if you can deliver within a few hours. The website is built in PHP. I look forward to you bids, Thanks
