I've a PSD file which I need to be converted into a HTML / CSS website. This website is for a cartoon t-shirt shopping store.
Below are the requirements of the web site:
-use of content flip script ([url removed, login to view])
-image sliding script (integration of Nivo Slider into website)
-use of an eCard script (website provides a simple ecard service)
-setup of a store, user account management and shopping cart, integrated into the website (the store and cart will be done at later phase, after the main website is done).
-Payment option would most probably be a PayPal shopping cart integrated with the site
-If possible, I would like the website to be done based on a Content Management System platform like Joomla / Drupal / Mambo / Moodle etc..., so that I can edit / update the content myself (like adding new t-shirt items, change simple stuff without having to always pay the website coder to update it everytime).
This feature would be nice to have, but we can discuss this further once you are confirmed.
-I need someone who not only can integrate store and shopping cart into website, but also be able to customize the look of the store and cart as specified in the PSD template
-Completion time I would put it at approx 2.5 weeks for the core website, then another 2 weeks for the store and shopping cart.
Of course, if you can do it faster, then better, but I don't need this urgently.
If more time is required, I can allow for more, but shouldn't take ridiculous amount of time like over 2.5 months or so.
-Website should be designed to 1366 x 768 pixels.
-I can send a few of the PSD mock-ups and samples if you request for it.
-Website should be tested to ensure it works on the major browsers, like Firefox, IE, Chrome and Safari.
-You don't need to do any visual web designing, since all the UI and graphics are already done by me in the PSD file.
-You need to have some basic experience in Photoshop to dissect the PSD file. I've neatly grouped each page and their graphics into their respective Layer Groups in Photoshop. (I'm using Photoshop CS 6)
