Scrabble Game Board Web Application, Dictionary

I want a scrabble game board and dictionary web application with the same functionality as the one on this website: [url removed, login to view]

Before reading the project description, this is IMPORTANT. I only want to choose a freelancer for this project that is willing to accept part or all of the payment in the form of a € 585 (585 EUR) [url removed, login to view] gift card, with any remaining balance due to the freelancer paid in cash. [url removed, login to view] is the German division of For bids lower than € 585 meaning you will be paid entirely by the gift card, I will pay the commission to [url removed, login to view] on your behalf.

I only want to pay a maximum of € 250 (250 EUR) in cash for this project, with the first portion of the payment being made with the € 585 [url removed, login to view] gift card. Don't bid if you reject these payment terms. When you bid, place your bid in EUROS for the TOTAL amount INCLUDING the gift card so that [url removed, login to view] can collect its proper commission.

I want the backend coded in PHP and MySQL, with the front end in Javascript and HTML. The code must not use a framework, but be stand-alone. I don't care if you use other people's libraries but you need to remove any functions, etc that you don't use, since I want this code to be clean and light-weight. I code in PHP and understand Javascript source code, so I will know if your code is poorly written.

Having a dictionary in a database is required for this application. I want this application to have 2 types of dictionaries: (USA/CANADA - TWL) && (UK/EUROPE - SOWPODS). I also want to have an html form that can query the database for whether a word exists in the dictionary, which is very simple to do.

The form fields need to use javascript regular expressions to reject any characters entered that are not letters, with a little error image and text that appears when invalid characters are entered and javascript that also prevents the form from being submitted. I already have PHP functions for server side form validation so only need javascript form validation, as described.

I want a basic website template with this, but nothing fancy. The web design is not that important. Basically I just want the page separated into a few sections via html tables and some css to handle background color and fading/shadows. Just an html page that is very "bare bones". Something that takes a few minutes to make in Dreamweaver or whatever. Details regarding this will be provided to the winning bidder.

For the front end, the size of the game board should be dynamically generated to fit different sized computer screens, by detecting screen size with javascript.

The app on [url removed, login to view] only handles 7 letter tiles, but I want the app you code to handle 7 to 14 letter tiles. Also, code it so that the color of the tiles on the game board is specified by a css stylesheet, with HEX color codes.

Please add basic comments to your PHP/MySQL code.

This should go without saying, but the site needs to be standards compliant and work perfectly on MSIE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera.

Finally make sure you play around with the app at [url removed, login to view] before you bid so you understand how it works. Each scrabble letter has a certain point value, etc.
