Hi, I have worked previously with google maps searching addresses and taking pictures of the area although finding the correct address is hard I cannot know how hard can be until I start doing it but I think a base price would be 30cents per address

After studying your project I feel confidence that I could do this job properly and on time. As a Civil Engineer I am used to use GIS software like google earth and others. If it is more ( more than 500 images) then it can take 1 or 2 days more. If you specify the cost of per image individually then it will be better. Also to remove watermark , scale , logo etc I would be using INPAINT software which will remove logo without need for cutting the picture.
