I need someone to create a quiz template that looks just like this one: [login to view URL] I want to be able to change the background and add more questions and change all the text. And I want the opt-in form to integrate with my [login to view URL] autoresponder account so that when people enter their email address to my getresponse list and also get redirected to a page of my choice. And I want to be able to create many quiz pages like this easily. I don't really care about storing people's answers. So that's it.
