Project Description

This project has to parts of it.

The first part -------------------------------

A simple page with that has the look and feel of composing an e-mail.

It will contain a To: field that will be made up of drop down menu of departments such as "Operations" and "Sales"

It will contain a From: field that the person must enter text

It will have a Message field where the person can enter text for the message.

It will have an attache document button. This will allow the person to upload a file. Your script / form must restrict all files except .pdf files.

When all the fields are filled out a SEND NOW button should enabled for them to press.

Once the file is uploaded the user should be redirected to another URL /

The Second part --------------------------

A simple admin page (doesn't need to be password protected - This will be taken care by someonewhere).

The page list the files that have been uploaded in the following manner.

To: | From: | Message | [url removed, login to view] | delete

The filename should a clickable URL to allow the admin the ability to click and open the document.

a Delete button or URL type link should end the row that creates a pop up confirming if the delete option should continue. This delete function should delete file and entry on the admin page.

Specifics ---------------------

No SQL type database. Information should be stored on file (not expecting heavy usage so a filetype database should be okay)

Should be 2 .php files for the page such as

/[url removed, login to view] to show the form and upload the file

/[url removed, login to view] to show the admin page and delete the entries

We are simply looking for a simple upload form that writes to a database and an admin page that reads from the database and lists the content in rows and the ability to delete the files and row entries.
