Soccer Stats- Results-Fixtures

I run a soccer site and i get a XML data feed from a third Data provider party. This XML includes any kind of soccer data like previous results, finals scores, fixtures, goals, cards, standings, tables and more... for every single Country League and it's soccer teams. I need to create a stats directory in my site (like [login to view URL] From the initial page of this directory, visitors will be able to follow any kind of search based in Country, Team, Standing, Latest Results , Fixtures, Previous Years etc... to every kind of details XML provides me. Further a search option shall be enabled, so any visitor will be able to type i.e. "Barcelona" and get any available results. Search results and queries will be called directly from my data provider's server, as database is hosted there. Access is already purchased and allowed under usage of username and password. Detailed preview of the "exact" results i need to get can be reviewed at the website of [login to view URL] (/footballeurope/[login to view URL]) following any country link on the left. Coder shall be expert in XML, databases, php, .css and XHTML 1.0 Strict and must deliver results ready for use, meaning full software installation, full /stats directory scripting, internal links and layout design according to my current style and template. Layout and functions must look "exactly" the same in all web browsers. This is an on going project meaning that it might needs a follow up from time to time. More than that i am interesting in a person and especially in a professional team which will be able to deliver me in the future similar projects in the most professional and effective way. Feel free to post any question as well in order to have this project's requirements detailed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) I must have nothing to do in order new directory (service) to work propertly no matter depth of search or selected links. In other words, from initial /stats/[login to view URL], to the very last page, all the job is yours. All this directory will use one design template based on so don't worry about layout and colour differences from page to page. It is not required. Finally platform must be able to auto-include any new addition in the providers database regarding new Countries or teams. 4) Selected party, after confirming 100% acknowledgment of the project will have to sign a NDA. 5) Final result will have to be fully tested working and reviewed before this project become "done".
