Need expert coder to review and refine code written for facebook app. Will need to be fluent in javascript, and mysql, and also have working knowledge of php and facebook’s api. There are ~1000 lines of commented code in the index file (attached) with a few php files that interact with the mysql database. The app is functional, but still in the early stages of testing.

Primary Objective:

- Debug code

- Optimize mysql database

- Improve efficiency/reliability/scalability of script.

Description of App:

- Uses facebook login button to identify user and capture list of friends.

- Uses facebook comment plugin to capture comments submitted by user, which are then parsed (identifying tagged users, and hash tags) and stored in the database.

- App displays comments to user connected to them or their friends in the following categories:

- Most recent 20 comments displayed chronologically

- Comments with specific hash tag

- Comments with specific user tagged.

- Comments the user has “liked” using facebook’s like button plugin. (each comment is displayed with its own like button)

- App allows the user to delete their own quotes, or remove themselves from a quote they were tagged in by another user.

- The app does not use a javascript library because we want to keep the file size to a minimum.

- The site will be hosted on a private server, so knowledge of how to maximize the efficiency of is desirable.
