Sortable jQuery control on PHP page

Create a simple PHP page that incorporates the following jquery control: [login to view URL] This page should open with 3 items on the left displaying file names. Nothing should be in the right column. Add a button to the bottom of the page that says 'Merge Files'. When this button is selected a new page is opened which displays a message: The following files were merged and displays the file names (in order). A button on this page "Display Merged File', when selected will open a PDF document. (For the purposes of this project, it can open any PDF document you want). I'd like to have this done within 24 hours.
