Text over image similar to IMGUR meme Generator

We need something similar to the meme generator used in IMGUR is not intended for meme creations but to put text over images. We like a lot the simple interface created in IMGUR but we need to have the ability to change color (text and stroke) and fonts. We only need that simple interface not a full website cause it will be integrated on a existing website. your interface when the user has done with the text changes and submit the form need to send all the info to our already existing php script in order to create the final image.
