This project is for Phase I of a multi Phase project. All items outlined and not labeled as TBD Phase X are expected to be complete for Phase I.
I need a web site to track rental equipment with mobile phones.
There should be a user login that codes every transaction with user ID and group ID.
I need to capture the real-time date and time stamp (invisible to end user), the user that captured the data (invisible to user), GPS location (if gps is disabled, prompt to enable it or disable submit form button). Take a picture of a barcode and convert it to an unit number, add a service records button to add notes about that unit number from a drop-down list customers, active and deactive option toggle, finally a submit button.
The information gathered will need to be stored in a mySQL database.
Super administrator can create administrators and can create assign or re assign groups to any users.
Administrator will be allowed to add users within its own group. (For example group could be the company name. If the owner of ABC company adds users the users are automatically members of ABC Company group. Administrators will have access to Administration, All Inventory, Customers, Reports, Data collection.
Users will have access to change their passwords. Access to all Inventory, Customers, Reports, and data collection.
Users will have access to change their passwords. Access to data collection and active inventory.
All inventory items will have a unit ID (alpha numeric) name, description, Cost, active status.
Customers will have a customer ID, Name, contact name, phone, fax, email, notes, Rental history.
