Wordpress theme customization. Need a experienced Javascript specialist

Hello, before you place a bid please consider we are looking for an experienced JavaScript specialist. We already bought a theme we just need to add few things to the theme. OK, here's a link to the theme [login to view URL] Here's few things we need you to add to the theme: 1) we need you to make a background slideshow images clickable, so we need you to add an option "link to" in the theme options, we will give you more details where to place this option and of course we will provide you with a theme 2) make an option for pages to redirect, so if you go to the theme and you'll see the menu at the bottom that's where the links to the different pages...we need you to make redirect option...so if someone clicks on the menu page "blog" it will be redirected to the different location...i hope you understood me...i tried this plugin [login to view URL] but it doesn't work on this theme but if you'll make it work it works for us.
