I would like an online business directory developed. This website will be similar to [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], … Some of the features (this is not the full list of features that I want) The site should be programmed in modules so I can easily add new features to it. (I think this is called modules ?) You must have experience and know ‘best practices in designing the website so, at a much later date, it can be easily be ‘set’ in the admin section to accept a language package or ‘set’ in the admin section so the default English text can be easily translated to different languages. All features at the user end can be turn on/off at the admin end. Pages of all listings will have a rating system, an ability for user to report inappropriate page or misplaced category, and a map feature such as google map or mapquest for driving directions. The site will have a banner management system as well as the ability to choose to include Google AdSense or not. Admin. Allow for many admins. Ability for head admin to choose what functions designated to junior administrators. Your skills: you’re skilled in: - ajax, php, mysql, xhtml, CSS, javascript, Linux?, Apache? - you are versed developing or tweaking Boolean search features. -you are versed in developing or integrating existing Payment Gateways / [url removed, login to view] - ability to program so the design section separate from the programming end. This will allow me to upload a template to change the site’s look if I choose. You’ve worked or are familiar with open source scripts such as: joomla, drupal, e107, phpbb, & can program at this level … You’re familiar with Craigslist. Please reply with your resume. Please include your portfolio and a minimum of 3 verifiable references in your resume. I may not pay much now but hope this can change if the site is successful. Refer to zip attachment.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Payment. ½ payment mid way = site online and most functions working. Last ½ payment is paid after script fully operational and ‘bug free’ (as bug free as possible). I would also need a guarantee of free bug fixes for the next 3 months following the completion of the project and a guaranteed that the hourly rate of the project will remain the same for the following year ??" in case I want upgrades.
5)You are open to having your work (coding), done on this project, scrutinized by other programmers. The code will be my property.
