Zen Cart Dependant Attributes

Project Description

I am in the process of creating an online printing store using Zen Cart. This program has been working great for me up until this point and the dilemma i am having seems to have no resolution on any of the zen cart forums that will work with the modules I currently have installed on my zen cart. What i am wanting is for someone to write me a module that will allow my customers to see specific drop downs based on the one dependant drop down previously selected. Right now zen cart has completely independant drop downs and the way that we are planning on pricing things, the price for options is going to change depending on the option selected before it. For example:

quantity variances are as follows: 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 etc...

if you were to select a quantity of 250, your varnish option is $40 with a base price of 249

if you were to select a quantity of 500, your varnish option is $[url removed, login to view] with a base price of 265. and so on and so forth.

there are going to be roughly 10 - 15 attributes that will be on each product page and about 22 products. Each set of attributes is going to be dependant on the one selected previously. The user will not be able to select option number two until option number one has already been selected. We also have a javascript price updater that needs to be able to work correctly with this module installed.

As far as I know, the programming languages need are php, mysql and javascript. ( I would assume anyone who knows those has a good understanding of common HTML and CSS).

Looking forward to working with whomever is up for this challenge. Thanks!

I can go into further detail once we have chosen the right bidder for us. Thanks!
