Zen Cart Product Customisation Add on

I am looking for someone to develop and implement an add on into my zen cart store. We sell boxing equipment. I would like to offer my customers the ability to customise shorts, jackets and robes online. Currently customers have to email their customisations, which is not ideal. Ideally I would like them to do this through our shop by clicking a button. A pop up or page should appear with a paint style interface allowing them to draw or type on the customisations they require. Upon checking out an additional fee should be applied and the customisation should either be stored in the database and be viewable as a pdf or jpg image from the admin panel in os commerce. Alternatively the customisation could be sent to an email address. In addition I would like blank templates with no images loaded in to allow customers to design their own. Alternatively the add on could be not assoicated with the product and could be in a seperate section. If this is the case then I would like to have a blank template with a paint style interface. Upon completing their design the design can be emailed directly to me and I will contact them to arrange payment. Ideally it should be integrated into the cart, so that they can pay for the customisation straight away.
