Project Description

We need someone experienced in XHTML, PHP/MySQL, JAVACRIPT, PHOTOSHOP, AJAX for the coding and database work of our site. The site is like an online social networking site but without chats or instant messages. The visual part of the site has been done. Right now, it has static pages with all the visuals, links, textboxes, etc.

Besides the typical PHP coding and MySQL database setup, the programmer needs to accomplish the following:

1. Program a function on this site so that when a user inputs his email address and password, the site will pull the email addresses of his contacts in that email account, list them on the page, and let the user pick which contact he wants the site to send the invitation email to. And when a contact accepts the invitation and signs up on our site, the system/database should recognize his connection with the user and allow the contact the access to the information about the user.
2. Program CAPTCHA.
3. Refine the logo.
4. Make a PHP script for resizing pictures before posting it on the site
5. Make a JAVASCRIPT script for a rating scale.

The programmer needs to be patient and willing to debug and maintain the site. He should also be flexible with the project as there might be some other minor changes that are not stipulated here. The programmer needs to be communicative as we prefer regular updates on the project through instant messaging or Skype.

We want to get this done ASAP. We have a limited budget (around $400-$500). Please give us a reasonable bid and PM us. We will give you the access to the site and more details.
