jpg to pdf conversion website

I need a website that will convert jgps to pdfs online. It will be a non-membership, online service.
If you search for "jpg to pdf" in Google, you will see a number of websites that offer this service. The first three websites will give you a good idea of what I need. The website MUST have all these functions:
Online JPG to PDF converter
Nothing to download or install.
Select multiple JPG's
Upload from disk and/or from url
The PDF is created instantly.
All JPG's are converted at 300 DPI.
Settings:
Page size, page margin, orientation
Easy interface
No signup or registration
Upload and go.
JPG and converted PDF are removed - After a period of time specified by the user, the JPG pictures and converted PDF document are removed from the server for confidentiality.
No need to spend much time on the layout and design - I just need a clean, working interface that will be easy for me to modify in terms of the design and graphics.
This must be done in PHP (and Javascript if you wish). I can install imagemagick if you need it.
