Form
qty [text box]
description [text box]
details [text box]
keyword
manufacturer
model
original cost [text box]
new cost [text box]
vendor [dropdown pulled from vendor table]

The form needs to utilize cross platform/browser safe AJAX, PHP, jQUERY (if needed), JavaScript (no other libraries unless ok'd by me), and MySQL.

The "Keyword", "Manufacturer", and "Model" dropdowns will all use auto-suggestions through a dropdown [limited to 10 items suggested per dropdown]. All 3 dropdowns are also linked in such a way that based on what is selected in the keyword dropdown, the manufacturers suggestions will be different, and based on manufacturers and keyword, the model number suggestions will be different. All 3 dropdowns be textboxes and only the suggestions will appear below it. They have the ability to type whatever they want in the textboxes in case the suggestions don't match what they need.

This suggestion data is pulled from the same database table that the data is being inserted into. So after you submit an item with keyword "TV", manufacturer "Samsung", model "12345", with new of [url removed, login to view], and vendor "XYZ", you can easily add this again. THe next time you to add it, you type T in keyword it suggests TV, so you can select TV. THen under manufacturer you start typing "S" and it will suggest Samsung. Then for the model #s, the suggestions need to show up before you type anything, so it will already show a suggestion list of 12345, and if you select it, it will auto populate the "new cost" to [url removed, login to view] and Vendor to "XYZ" to match what was already entered, but you can still add different description, details, original cost, etc.
