Project Description

I require a phpbb3 forum to be integrated into my current site so that it looks as though the forum is part of the web page. My website has a header, a left side menu (bar) and a footer and a right section that contains content. I want the phpbb forum to appear in the right section, so that the header and side bar are visible and look exactly as other pages on my site.

Besides that the login should be integrated within the main website, which means if the user logs in the main website this user will be automatically logged into the discussion forum. The main webpage has a User Table with the users Login, email, password, id, active and any other field could be added to it. The goal is to ask the login and password twice , and worse, that those could be different from the main page. Something like the discussion in the forum bellow, or a better and more simple solution.

[url removed, login to view];t=993475&hilit=integration+with+users+table

Some considerations:

- My site uses .css and .php.

- I intend to use MD5 function in the future but now a days there is no secure password yet.

- I created a test enviroment.

- [url removed, login to view]

- The login from my website has a page ([url removed, login to view]) that check if the user exists and if the password is correct. (as simple as that)

The look and feel for the page is in the file attached. Please take a look.

I can provide a template of a typical web page of my site, .css file, and other .php file where necessary, such as menus etc. If there is anything else required I can provide this too.

This should not be complex project for someone experienced in either phpbb or php/web design using css, as far as I found in the discussion foruns around the internet.
