simple php file edit so that a youtube video doesn't load on top of a content locker

I have a file called [login to view URL] which displays a youtube video, also I have included a file named [login to view URL] in /includes and it contains a content locker It's very small.
For some reason when I try to view the page, the youtube video is still accessible and loading above the content locker.
This will be a very simple edit for an experienced individual with php,javascript knowledge.
