Project Description

Currently needed freelancer work on [url removed, login to view]

-Possible multiple contract award with future revenue potential for freelancer

-Must be Joomla CMS proficient, with a professional understanding of coding, Must have a good understanding of Sobi2 and V-Mart

Site Overview:

Joomla CMS [url removed, login to view] site, with V-Mart 1.1.4 and Sobi2 RC Installed

Site Premise:

To make available for purchase user added domains (featured listings/Sobi2)and Company owned domains(Value Priced Domains/virtual-mart). User (buyer) will simply email a user added domain (seller)if interested to purchase a domain and the seller listed price, the email will be counted as a "point" and will be dynamically updated on the listing to help potential buyers understand the market value of said domain listing, (hereon only used to identify a HOT listing) The seller will receive an email with contact info of Buyer and a small Buyer message (most of this is already installed in Sobi, we just need to code the "point counter" into the email form, ajax the Point counter onsite and have a file that "counts" the amount of hits on all domains to be featured in a module table, explained below) Points will not be seen, it will just be used to code the module for HOT domains

OR The user will choose from a list of "products" the our company currently owns, making available for immediate purchase thru v-mart (Hereon called Value Priced Domains) (this is the primary focus, user domain (seller) additions are to generate traffic and site visibility)

Project Scope: Create-Recode-Debug PHP/HTML for Joomla Module: (see [url removed, login to view] for excellent example)

1. Create list boxes (modules) in "slider" Module Table Location under the header area to contain the following

a. Create "featured listings" (2 column, module list box with sobi2 entries (10-15 rows), dynamic, random, 1 per row, hyperlinked to listing email form)

column1: Domain name (listing name)

Column 2: Sales Price

*NOTE- If no Seller listed amount, put a "make offer" on the listbox in appropriate column)

b. Create "Hot listings" (most views/hits module listbox, sobi2 & V-Mart COMBINED,2 column 10-15 entries, 1 per row, hyperlinked to listing) )

*NOTE-in the case of User Domain Sales, the price must be listed next to the domain, in the case of V_mart product hits, a icon (.gif/.swf) simply will BURN HOT (be creative! :) ) in the same column area of the bid location) (also in the back-end, a checkbox next to the product to enable it hot automatically if needed (V-MART ONLY))

c. New Domains (V-Mart entires, with price and BUY-Now button, linked to shopping cart, 3 column, 10-15 rows) I have a module for this, it just doesn't list the products correctly, showing huge gaps between listings and listings not in table order (see "Value Priced Domains" for what I mean by table order). This may just need slight recoding to work properly, or a new module all together

*Notes: All list boxes should resemble each-other and be side by side

All list boxes should have the correct RSS feed (already configured on site, just copy and paste)and icon similar (if not the same) to [url removed, login to view]

All list boxes will have the appropriate text and link to the main page ie: Browse All Featured Domains to the Featured Domains Table page, Browse All Hot Domains to the Hot domain table page etc. (these tables will be created in part 2 of the contract below)

Module should have the appropriate administrator module attributes, the more available back-end customization the better! :)

Module should resemble in colour the site CSS (orange/light orange)(blue/light blue) (green/Light Green) (*see site footer)

2. Featured Listings MAIN PAGE

Create a 4 column Table listing of all sobi2 listings to resemble the sites current "browse all domains" table (V-mart template)See Top menu "browse all domains"

This table will be the primary page for "Featured Domains" (Menu Link)& If the user click browse all featured domains listed before the RSS Icon on the module list box

Column 1: Domain Name (listing name)(click leads to email form)

Column 2: HOT? ([url removed, login to view] same as above)

Column 3: List price (Seller lists the min price for domain)

Column 4: Make offer/Contact Seller (click leads to email form)

Notes: Include Text Link to "Add an Entry"

Include appropriate RSS feed icon (these 2 can be found currently on the sobi2 main page also known as "Featured Listings" in the top menu)

Also a "Report a listing" link to the Joomla integrated contact page for support

3. Value Priced Domains MAIN PAGE

Recode the current V-Mart template to include the following columns and icons listed below(with admin back-end checkboxes to add the icons if needed)

Column 1: Domain Name

Column 2: Price

Column 3: Description (to include the following icons relevant to each domain)

*Icons: (Each Icon will represent the description listed below)

1. Packaged Domain (P?)

2. Domain Has Traffic (traffic Icon, similar to [url removed, login to view])

3. SEO Optimized (SEO Icon)

4. includes template (Small template icon, maybe a T?)

5. Hot

*Be creative :)

Column 4: (UPDATE) remove quantity box, ALL domains are quantity 1 anyways)Just leave add to cart button

4. HOT Domains List (MAIN) page

A dynamic generated list of 25 of the Hottest domains currently

Column 1: Domain name

Column 2: Price

Column 3: Type (Value Priced or Featured Domain)

Column 3: BUY NOW button OR Contact Seller (respectively)

All main table pages should be modeled after the Value Priced Domains main page
