Fix user registration and Captcha errors Joomla Virtuemart

Our site has recently been getting reports that users cannot get past the captcha when setting up an account. We need a better option. Also, the "State" drop down box during registration is being filtered by some browsers as non-secure, causing registration failures. We need someone to overhaul the shopper registration to eliminate these errors and still provide a secure login that prevents spam and bots.
