Joomla 2.5 and K2 modification

I am a developer and I need to outsource some work. Here is one... I have a Joomla 2.5 with the latest K2. I need several changes including ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1. K2 item pages with tabs. There is K2 Tab Pro extension but I need the "Media" piece outside the tab. 2. Several new fields for K2 items. Using "Extra Fields" is cumbersome because you need to specify which "Extra Field Group" this field is for. 3. I need to track "Email this page" ---the email sent to, the number of views etc... I need this info available only to the owner of the K2 Item page. 4. I need K2 search function. There are some extensions out there that we might be able to use. I need the K2 search form available only to certain types of members. 5. I need the K2 item listing in the admin to display a column for "Media uploaded". ie, Yes/No display 6. + a couple of other changes. I might not respond back to those without any Joomla + K2 experience. I have a detailed Word document with screenshots and explanations of what I need exactly. I can email it to clarify further.
