I have a form on a Joomla based website that stopped working (It worked at one time), the form is built with the BreezingForms component. It needs to email my client when the form is submitted. It also have the ability on the front-end for users to upload text documents (resumes) and the document is sent via email to the client and logged in BreezingForms.
