Apache vhost.conf editor

We require an Apache [login to view URL] editor that will meet the following criteria: 1) Embeded into PLESK (<[login to view URL]>) so clients can make changes and apply based upon rights we give them (also through PLESK). Once the editing is done the script will run the apache rebuild program (installed in the apache binaries folder) to commit the changes. 2) The script will work securely (minimum privledges) 3) End-user operation will be based upon drop-down menus and radio buttons so as to be usable by all. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Well commented code so that it can be worked on by others at a future date if required ## Platform FreeBSD 4.8 & Redhat Linux 7.2 + PLESK 6 control panel
