Q: buyer and seller can rate transactions and leave feedback A: The buyer and seller of an item may rate each other on a scale of 1 to 5 and leave a comment about the transaction, similar to the system ebay uses. Q: Also, what third-party code may be used in this project A: BSD style license is ok as long as long as no extra charges are incurred. No GPL code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
