Custom Word Press Blog(repost)

a custom implementation of WordPress blogging system... I apologize if there are details missing (I hope not) ... this is a repost of a private one-on-one contract where the coder had unexpected circumstances and could not complete the work. Please let me know if you have any questions - though I'm looking for someone who knows WordPress well at this point and can do this work very quickly or it will be of no value to me! Thanks for your consideration! ## Deliverables What is needed is the following: 1) accomodation of many blogs and bloggers (I think this is new to WordPress) with an administrative interface for managing bloggers and blog account activity and settings: - admin should be able to create accounts - admin should be able to control whether or not comments are allowed on a blog (blog entries) and whether such comments are viewable - admin should be able to edit/delete all blog entries and comments and enable/disable blog entry display 1a) There should be an 'index page' where all available blogs are listed (perhaps in order of rating or alphabetically) and through which they can be accessed. 2) visitors (non-blog owners) should be able to visit and view each blog, traverse the blog entries, and (when logged in and blog settings allow) comment on and rate the blog entries and/or the entire blog. 3) Blog entries should be able to be referenced by title, author, description, blog_entry, first sentence (maybe up to a certain number of characters with '...' where cutoff), and first paragraph throughout the website. - e.g. on home page there will be links to blogs by title, these links will possibly be ordered by 'blog rating', and there will also be references to blogs in the page body which show the first paragraph, first sentence, or even the entire blog entry. 4) Ratings by logged in users should be allowed on blog contents if an administrator configures a blog to 'allow_ratings'. 5) The blog entries should be able to accomodate insertion of images (ideally uploading as well into special 'blog_image' folder). 6) Blog users must be validated on every page (I will set a cookie from other site pages and/or provide function for this - you just need to call a function on each page) to make sure they are logged in and have proper permissions to access the functionality and the functionality should be dependent upon their permissions and blog settings (e.g. you must be logged in and the administrator must have set the blog to 'allow comments' in order for you to comment - same for ratings). 7) Ideally, we'd skin WordPress to look like the current site - I don't mind if people know it's a WordPress blogging system ... but we should be able to change the header. 8) Also, I would like you to migrate some existing wordpress blogs into the new system. In case it helps, the blogging system's main function is to provide entries/articles for website pages. However, it should include ratings and comments by users and the users should be able to visit the blogging system and review/rate/comment on other entries. So there must be a way to easily reference either the latest blog entry or a specific entry for a given blog from within the site. The above is the required functionality. All the bells and whistles that come with WordPress are great additions but not required .... 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. ## Platform solution must be compatible with all current/recent web browsers PHP 4.3/4.4 freeBSD 6 MySQL 4.1.21
