Dedicated server control panel

I want to develop a dedicated server control panel. My idea is to split one server into 5-20 areas were my customers could manage their basic Internet needs. I want an administrative area (web-gui) where I can add/Delete/Edit the customers. Add / Delete / edit all the services MB size number of mail/web accounts etc. The control panel should (web-gui) manage : - Mail ??" manage mail accounts etc. - Web ??" manage web services such as ftp accounts etc. - SQL ??" manage SQL accounts - Newsletter ??" Generated a newsletter function - Remote backup ??" FTP/online backup - Personal folders ??" FTP /online/XP online backup for individuals ## Deliverables Control panel functionality Mail : - View account information - Add / Delete / edit mail accounts - Add / Delete forward / alias accounts Web : - Add / Delete / edit FTP accounts - View map information / size MB - Run both HTML, PHP, ASP ,Microsoft Access - Connect SQL accounts SQL : - Add / Delete / edit SQL accounts - View SQL information / size MB Newsletter : - Add / Delete / edit different recipient groups - Add / Delete / edit recipient for the different newsletter - Generate newsletter and send them Remote backup : - Add / Delete / edit backup accounts (FTP server) - View map information/size MB - Upload functions Personal folders : - Add / Delete / edit user accounts (FTP server) - View map information/size MB - Upload functions I want to run the system for 2 weekes before paying the system so that I can find the basic bugs within the system. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
