This is a eDocument website that will collect a series of documents each with a title, description ecc. The site will have the following pages - HomePage - Car Documents - Audio Products Documents - External Link Selection It should be developed in PHP with MySQL as DB. The PHP should be written in OO style as possibile, classes ecc. A DB Abstraction layer should be used, like AdoDB or similar. Smarty templates should be used for the development of the whole site. As well as the public an administration site should be developed where all the documents can be inserted/modified. No particular web design is required just simple and elegant text and css style sheets ??" a la google. The usage of smarty templates will help in future the usage of more heavy graphic design. Please read the attached PDF document for further description. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
