I need for my sales reps to enter into data capture boxes on a webpage the following information below. The data captured will go into a MYSQL database. After the data is entered the sales rep should be able to view just their data in the MYSQL database, not other sales reps, by logging in with both their sales ID and a password. There should be a master password for the admin person so he can see all the MYSQL database. The database should be searchable by State, or Zip, within the sales ID. The sales rep should be able to select a part of the MYSQL database and export that part of the database into an .XLS spreadsheet and email it to themselves from the Linux server.
