We need to have a php api written which can be passed the url of an image. The API will then check a mysql database to see if there is an image in there which is similar. If found return ID of the image it is like. If not found add the image to the database and return the ID of the new image. This can use libraries but must be PHP and use a MySql db. The images will typically be 300px wide. We need this delivered in 3 days.
