Oracle forms Invoice Interface

The requirements for the invoice screen. 1. All the items in the invoice screen will have their properties set at runtime. The x,y coordinates, the titles, the size, the colour must be set for each type item in the screen. This means that you require a screen to set the coordinates property values for each item/column in the invoice screen. This will involve having hundreds of items that their positions and visibility is decided at run time. Each customer with different sets of invoices will be able to set the position of each item in the screen dynamically. The x & Y coordinates and the colour of the frames can be set dynamically as well, the position of one or more images in the screen can be set dynamically as well. Therefore we require two screens 1) to set the properties of an item 2) to display the items Alternatively: we will require a screen that will allow drag and position of each individual item in the screen to their respective position. 2. You should be able to print these invoice values using oracle reports displaying the invoices with their images as shown in the screen. These invoices can be printed with background / watermark image if required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
