Simple Invoices PHP script fixing + addition

This is an open source project that we like.
We need to add and fix some features in it to suit our needs.

There is community forum to use, so it only needs a dedicated programmer to take the job and do the fixes.
What we need is the as follows:
1- Add multiple user/roles in the settings... This is to add permissions to the users added. Currently, the system only has "administrator", which is useless to use on a multiuser level. We need to add Roles with permissions to choose from (tick). All functions of the system should be listen on the Roles menu (that you have to make), and roles then can be created with the proper permissions. (We guess it is clear). For example, if we do not give a permission for a user to "bill", the billing button should be disappeared from his log-in session.
2- After creating an invoice, we need to have it printed and customers manually sign it on real A4 papers. Then, our employee should scan it and upload using a new menu to attach it (the scanned image) to the created invoice.
So, A new menu/field to make us able to upload PNG, GIF, JPG, and PDF files should be created. The files should be stored in a separate new folder with unique file naming reflecting the [url removed, login to view] (For example). Multiple files should be uploaded and associated with a single invoice. Of course limiting the file size should be set somewhere in settings.
2- Although in most of the system UTF-8 works fine, UTF-8 Encoding is not fetching-data/working properly in the reporting section(??????????? shows in some fields), and needs to be checked through out the system. Also, PDF generation in the system is not supporting UTF-8 Characters (Right-to-Left Languages, such as Arabic).
3- In invoices list, we need to see time stamp beside the date.
4-Sales reports needed. Detailed sales reports to choose from a list (From : To Date, By Date, By Week, By month, By User, By, Biller, ...)
5- A picture to upload for each product is appreciated to associate when creating a record.
6-E-mailing function should be checked, it is not working on our installation.
More features will be needed in the future, but these features are what we need for now.
