WordPress install, Linux key authentication, Apache config

I have a virtual server on Ubuntu Linux with root privileges. On this server I want to host multiple instances of the latest version of WordPress. Each instance of WordPress will be fronted by its own domain name. I have currently registered two domain names: [url removed, login to view], tablet-pcs-24.com. Tasks will be: (1) Set up key authentication on Linux server (2) Install two isntances of Wordpress (3) Configure Apache to serve two domain names

## Deliverables

1. Background

I have a virtual server on Ubuntu Linux with root privileges. On this server I want to host multiple instances of the latest version of WordPress. Each instance of WordPress will be fronted by its own domain name. I have currently registered two domain names: [url removed, login to view], tablet-pcs-24.com.

1. Tasks

2.1 SSH key authentication

SSH key authentication needs to be set up on the server without keyphrase. The process needs to be exactly documented in a Word document. As part of the project I will follow the steps in this documentation and try to set this up myself. Should I run into issues I will need assistance to troubleshoot from you.

2.2 Install two instances of version 3.0 of WordPress.

I think the relevant versions of PHP and MySQL are already installed on the server. If this is not the case this needs to be installed as well.

A new user needs to be created for the WordPress install and relevant privileges need to be assigned. The install must not be performed by the root user.

A step by step documentation needs to be created for this. I will follow this documentation to create a third instance of WordPress. Should I run into issues I will need assistance to troubleshoot from you.

2.3 Apache & domains

The two domains that I have registered need to point to the two instances of Wordpress set up in the previous step. You need to configure Apache so that

Instance 1 of WordPress points to [url removed, login to view]

Instance 2 of WordPress points to [url removed, login to view]

I think the relevant version of Apache is already installed on the server. Should this not be the case Apache needs to be installed as well.

A step by step documentation needs to be created for this. I will follow this documentation to point a third instance of WordPress to yet another domain. Should I run into issues I will need assistance to troubleshoot from you.

1. Invoice

I will need an invoice from you.
