I have added and mounted a new HDD in my elastix PBX. The recordings are now being saved to the new drive and they are being logged in the viewer/player module but, I cannot play or download them. I have read through the various elastix forums but, not seen a definitive answer as to to how to fix.
I have also changed the spool path, apparently, the $path needs to be modified in '[url removed, login to view]' but I don't see a path, only a variable, not sure what to do with that.
I have SSH and WinSCP on a Windows workstation and can provide remote access to that workstation. I would like to be able to view/download the recordings ASAP.
