Need someone to help me updated my ticketing system,
What I want is, when a hotspot that is added to my system does DOWN, i need a ticket created for the NETWORK down, with the hotspot NAME as the subject of the ticket with NETWORK DOWN, such as subject: hotspot1 - NETWORK DOWN. I need the hotspot operator and admin emailed of the network down.
Admin and Hotspot operator can then update and close tickets manually, or if the server detects the hotspot system back ONLINE, ticket will be updated and closed automatically and hotspot operator and admin will get emailed the network back up and ticket closed.
Additionally, I would like the system to email the ADMIN when new people register in the system, with the details of their registration.
