oscommerce site modification: no shipping or payment selections on checkout

An oscommerce site has been set up to allow a particular customer to order specific products from their vendor. All shipping and payment information is pre-established, so we want to bypass these choices in the checkout process. Orders will always be shipped to the default address for the particular user. The checkout process should go from [login to view URL] directly to [login to view URL], only displaying the order details, and a comments box. The entire site is setup as far as it needs to be, this is the only function that needs to be customized at this point. We are hoping to complete this minor modification VERY quickly. We will provide FTP access and oscommerce account to the site for the chosen developer. We have ripped out the "signup" capabilities, and are creating the accounts themselves administratively (there are only 4 buyers) The "customers/users" for the oscommerce site all work for the same company, which has an existing relationship with the "store owner", who makes printed materials for this client in large batches, warehouses them, and ships them in as-needed quantitites to the buyer's shipping location.
