A more than basic front with powerful backend. Focused on keeping links on rapidshare alive by accessing/downloading it every 85 days (or a set time). 1. User system and database. Able to register, maintain account and file link list. 2. User post their rapidshare links 3. System visit and download link 4. System emails log to user that file is downloaded, how many bytes etc... 5. System removes the downloaded file from server 6. System revisit and redownload the file again after 85 days (or whatever set day) I. I should be able to enter a RS premium account into control panel and/or change account info. II. I should be able to set free account and paid account; where free account is allowed to check how many files and what size the file is, whereas paid is allowed a larger # amount of files and files size. This is the basis of the project, of course there are some other nits and bits of it that would like to discuss with winning bidder. Would love to work with a bidder that code as well as design website. And re-hire again for future updates in case rapidshare change their system.
