Project Description

Our current site [url removed, login to view] is running on Magento 1.6.

We need a module that imports orders from our [url removed, login to view] account into Magento as if an order was placed on our site. This import needs to pull all of the [url removed, login to view] order information (Names, addresses, items, etc.). When imported, an email is NOT sent to the customer, but rather stored on our server for easier reference. We need to be able to control the orders from Magento - meaning that after the import, we need to be able to have a section that allows us to cancel orders, refund orders, confirm shipments, etc. When this is clicked on our Admin site, it controls the Amazon seller central admin to do what is needed on Amazon's end. The module will also control inventory levels within our site, updating live during an import.

We also need an automatic feed export to Amazon. The export needs to have filter options like those in the images attached. The export needs to push this data 2-3 times a day (dependent on how fast the export is) around 8 PM Mountain Time. We need the feed to include prices, the UPC, inventory levels, an item note, leadtime to ship, etc. (we can discuss this further if you're awarded the project). It also needs to create a new item on Amazon if the product is not already present there (if a UPC or item name is not matched) - product images, descriptions, etc. need to be exported if this happens. The export is to ensure that all stock levels on Amazon are up-to-date automatically without having to manually upload a feed to sell on our Amazon account.

We need a Magento and Amazon Web Services EXPERT. Please do not bid if you do not think you can complete this module correctly. Project is for a MODULE - The project CANNOT modify any core Magento files whatsoever. It must be able to stand alone and be able to be reinstalled if we were to upgrade or have issues with the site.

If anything above does not make sense, please include it with a PM on your bid.

Thank you!
