Magento - Product Database CSV Upload

We need help to upload a CSV file with about 1600 products into Magento through the upload function. Our current file continues to error out.
All of the system is built and ready to go. We don't need help on the programming. We simply need assistance with the analysis of the CSV file and fields to see where we have gone wrong and how we can fix the file to bulk upload.
I DON'T WANT TO MANUALLY UPLOAD THESE SO PLEASE DON'T BID IF THAT IS YOUR SOLUTION. I want to keep data integrity through a bulk upload.
