Contact web design companies

We are looking for people who can contact large amounts of web design companies for our company [login to view URL]; We asked a programmer one time to do this for us, but we got 99% of the emails returned. So this time we will work on a refferal basis. For every design company that joins you get paid $1, and for every first file they submit you get another $4. You will have full access to our database so you can see which companies joined. Either you already have a database of IT/design companies and their email addresses or you collect them from web design directories (USA companies, Canadian, you name it).
