Project Description

I build JQuery mobile applications but have to outsource certain aspects that I have no experience in. This is one of those situations and involves a small database capability;

The front end is a simple and straight forward form which I will build. However when the form is submitted I need it to go to a “Thank You” page which would be built by you and do the following;

* The page will say “Thanks for completing the form. To receive your voucher please re-enter your email address or mobile phone number”

• Once this is submitted the system then sends a voucher to the sender either by email (if email has been provided) or SMS (if mobile number provided)

• All vouchers will have a unique number identifier and should be able to be printed off but preferably be retained on the users Smartphone for ease of presentation

The critical part of this is allowing the company (my client) to quickly verify that the voucher is valid when presented at a later date. This would have to be via an online log in to “the system” where they would be prompted for the voucher number and then a simple menu to ask if it is being redeemed. Naturally if it had already been redeemed then the system would tell them that fact.

My other requirements are that I would have to be able to brand the Thank You page and the vouchers as I intend to use this for many different clients. I am open to suggestions as to how the above process could be improved but at this stage I am just weighing up the viability of the project and whilst cost is crucial it will also depend on the experience a bidder has in this area of work
