Project Description

Current developer had to quit the project for personal reasons and has left us high and dry. We are looking for another talented Eastern European developer to join our team and re-create this project. We will hire you after project completion for updates and maintenance.

We are a Canadian immigration company. Our clients from around the world need to submit a lot of very specific personal information to us which we then use to input into dozens of different government forms.

What We Need:

Custom web-based solution to allow clients to login and create an account and have access to a custom-admin panel where they will view a menu prompting them to submit their personal data:

Once the user clicks on the page link, they are taken to a form which has been modelled after specific immigration forms which we input data into:

We will need all of this information to be stored in a database which is accessible to our staff which we can then use to input this data into forms.

There are a core set of about 7 forms which will be used for all categories and then about 25 custom forms which need to be created, some with as many as 60 fields. It will be no small task to capture all of the information that we need and create the forms.

All form specs are complete and just need to be modelled (including format and intelligence)

Please reply to us with your experience and why you are suitable for the job and some ideas about the admin-styling you will implement as well as the PHP framework and Database you plan to use.

10% BONUS will be paid for accurate and fast completion
