I have a online (website) recruitment database (mysql) which was created by a programmer in here and additions have been done by another, However, this last programmer has disappeared half way through a project and I need it completed,

On the database, each person has their own record and CV's attached. I am able to conduct a search via tags on their skills and also location. What I also want to be able to do, is Boolean search the attached CV's along with the location and skill tags.

So if I were to be looking for a programmer, in India I would select these two tags but if I wanted one with Java experience I would be able to type this into a box and the database would search firstly, the 2 tags and then the CV's of the results for Java.

I have been told that this may take the database a while to perform so I am interested in hearing thoughts on this,


I am able to save searches but what i want to be able to do is, re-run a old search BUT what it will also do, is display any NEW candidates that have been added to the database since the search was LAST ran, are displayed at the top of the results screen and maybe in a slightly different colour. This has been started but it doesn't work properly.


In some screens, I am able to sort some columns of candidates / companies in alphabetical order but I want this to be copied into other screens


I can give certain users access to certain parts of the database. I have recently changed someone's password and now although the boxes have been ticked to give the the ability to delete records, it doesn't delete them. I have tried to create a new record and again, it shows that they can delete a record but it doesn't actually do it. This needs fixing


Each candidate record can have 3 documents attached, I would like to add an additional 1


When adding a candidate via the Import option (Excel), when adding, the database searched duplications of names. I want this option to be implemented when adding a candidate through the “New Candidate” option (adding manually). It will display the other candidates details with the same name and give you the option to abort the adding, continue or to edit a current record


At the top of the database Candidate & Company screen there are multiple options (ARCHITECT / CONSTRUCTION / CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY / ESTATE AGENT / HOUSING ASSOCIATION / RAIL / REAL ESTATE / RESIDENTIAL / SOCIAL HOUSING / TEMP CONSTRUCTION / TEMP RESIDENTIAL), I would like this tidied up as they are squashed


There are relocation tags on the candidates search screen which doesn't work properly, I need this fixing


On my actual company website ([url removed, login to view]) there is a current vacancies page, I would like to have the text changed on all of the jobs pages - Text I will supply

I am certain there will be others as we go along as this is a long term project and will have multiple changes / additions along the way.
