We do work for different companies who outsource certain functions to us and we have to provide each company with detailed reports/invoices about which employees we used, in what departments, at what rates, etc.
We will need to insert about 15 fields like the company where the employee worked, department, name, surname, hours, rates, etc. All fields will be supplied to the chosen programmer.
Apart from the above 15 main fields, there will be some categories/fields (about 3) with 5 sub fields and each having another 5 sub fields.
We must then be able to generate detailed reports reflecting, for example Company + Dates + Employees worked + Hours + Rates + Invoice amounts. Of these reports there will be 5 different ones all drawn from data inserted into different fields.
We will have different users for the system and we must have different access passwords for each one. The system must also be able to track who inserted the data.
No chancers please. Portfolio of previous work done is a must and don't bid if you want advance payment. This is an urgent project and no extension of deadline can be be accommodated.
