Please do not bid if you do not have any strong php, Joomla and Cobalt CCK skills and if you can't honor commitment. Skills required Cobalt8 CCK, Joomla 3.15, PHP, mysql Payments will be staging on milestone completion and handing over the code of that tasks only. The final payment will be released only after the whole website is delivered with latest cobalt update. Here is the detail in terms of payment: Total Budget is 250 USD - 350 USD First 10% advance payment Remaining will be divided in 3 milestone payments: i will pay 10% advance only and then you work on my project. you complete task 1, I test it on your server and you deliver the code for task 1, then I pay milestone 1. Then you work on task 2, I test task 2 on your server and you deliver the code for task 2 , then i pay milestone 2. After that you work on task 3, I test task 3 on your server and you deliver code for test 3, and fix all bugs from all previous then I pay milestone 3? If you agree to above, then please bid.
