131084 MySQL DB output help

I have a table (see attached file) where several parts of the information is duplicated. I need to format the output using PHP and MySQL so the duplicated data like `booking_number`, `date`, `time`, `last_name`, `first_name`, `middle_name`, `dob`, `race`, `sex`, `height`, `weight, `block`, `photo` only show once for each unique `booking_number` but the remaining columns `count`, `charge`, `bond`, `cause`, `ic`, `court`, `other`, `release`, `agency` show all the data across several `booking_numbers`. ie. for `booking_number` '200700001607' I should see '200700001607', '2007-04-10', 173931, 'ADDINGTON', 'TIMOTHY', 'KEVIN', '1961-07-12', ' W', ' M', 5.11, 235, 'I307 - BED', '200704/[login to view URL]' then see the following for charge 1: 1, 'RETURN TO COUNTY JAIL PER COURT ORDER', '0', '48C01-0610-FC-00407', 'MADCO1.5', '48C01', 'C010610FC00407', '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 'MCPD' then for charge 2: 2, 'RETURN TO COUNTY JAIL PER COURT ORDER', '0', '48C01-0611-FD-00429', 'MADCO1.5', '48C01', 'C010611FD00429', '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 'MCPD'
